NOSA microbial control
NOSA microbial control is designed to reduce the exposure of viruses and bacteria by inhalation through the nose. A reduced exposure of viruses and bacteria has been shown to reduce the risk of respiratory infections.
Every day we inhale hundreds of thousands of viruses and bacteria, most of which are harmless, but there are also harmful ones such as COVID-19 and MRSA. These particles can spread and infect through the mucous membrane of the nose as well as in the upper respiratory tract and can cause serious infections and even premature death in some cases.
Available in 50 pack.

HOW DOES NOSA MICROBIAL CONTROL WORK?
NOSA microbial control is placed in the nostrils so that you can breathe through the product. The product design forces the air to pass through the device where the virus and bacteria gets in contact with the lamella structure that captures and inactivates the microbials. This is possible due to the unique silver ion substrate inside the lamellae structure.
In this way, the device reduces the amount of viruses and bacteria that enters the respiratory system. NOSA microbial control is a medical device class 1 and is available within Europe.
THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTECTING THE NOSE
The latest research shows that there are two types of cells inside the nose that are the likely entry point for the COVID-19 virus. These cells work as “viral entry receptors” and are highly accessible to the coronavirus because of the location in the nose where we inhale droplets containing the virus. (Sungnak et al. 2020)
Our tests have shown that NOSA microbial control can reduce up to 93% of Coronavirus, Rhinovirus and Norovirus as well as 99% of Staphylococci, Pneumococci and E-coli when in contact with the device.
